Chef, Butcher, Owner, Frody Volgger was raised in Austria not far from the Swiss border. He began learning the art of butchering, smoking and curing meats as a young boy on his Uncle’s dairy farm and has been perfecting his recipes and techniques for over 40 years. We offer a unique selection of Alpine inspired smoked and cured meats. This style of charcuterie is very popular in the European Alpine Region. Frody has been producing his own hand made charcuterie for his friends and customers in Salt Lake and Park City since the early 1980’s, what he has to offer is truly special.
